CESC Girls 2007 made some big noise this past weekend (7.16/17.22) at the OC Surf Invitational Tournament. This tournament proved challenging with such outstanding competition played as Legends FC, OC Surf, and Hinchas. Moreover, after tying the Legends team in bracket play (0-0) and posting two shutouts, while scoring 8 goals for, the girls would face off against legends in the championship match one more time. After tying 1-1 in regulation time, both teams would fail to post a goal in overtime. Unfortunately, the Legends team finished one more shot than the CE team in the Penalty Kick shootout, however, the developmental approach these girls have embraced has created a real buzz in 2022. They have earned numerous accolades (including an amazing trip to regional play after winning state cup) with their determined demeanor and unremitting work ethic. Keep Doing Great G07!

The Cal Elite B2007 team captured its first Championship of the 2022 summer. After conceding the top spot in championship appearances the past two tournaments, the team found itself in familiar territory. Playing past overtime, and in PK shootouts for its third straight championship opportunity proved exciting and satisfying as boys worked diligently to get the job done at the OC Surf Invitational Tournament. Competition included: Mission Viejo Football Club, Dynamo, and Pateadores. *Note: after tying Dynamo in bracket play, they found themselves matched up in the final. Way to go CE07!

CESC Boys 2005 won four straight matches at the OC Surf Invitational July 16/17, 2022, to earn their first Championship of the 2022 summer. After strong performances with finalist’s placement the past two tournaments, these young men finished 9 goals for and posted two shutouts to complete weekend. Competition included Santa Ana FC, Legends FC, LAFC, and California Rush teams. Great Work Boys!

California Elite Soccer Club Girls 04/05 team went undefeated this past weekend (7.16/17.22) verse Pateadores, OC Surf, and CDA Slammers at the OC Surf Invitational. The CESC ladies scored 13 goals for and conceded just 1. To date, in 2022, this reorganized team has earned three Championships (including IE Legends, Rebels Showcase, and OC Surf). The team looks forward to a strong finish this summer tournament season at the LA Cup Showcase in August. Outstanding Job Girls.

With seven California Elite Soccer Club Teams attending the OC Surf Invitational Tournament this past weekend (7.16/17.22) the squads produced participation in five Championship Games and three teams took home the top trophies! As well, the CESC Boys 2010 team is showing consistent development individually, as well as tremendous team growth over this past summer 2022 season. Playing against more experienced competition the boys displayed a win or learn attitude as they relentlessly progressed throughout the tournament. We look forward to their continued success. Also, congratulations to the Boys and Girls of the CE2014 team as they earned their first victory this past weekend at the OC Surf Invitational Tournament. The team is doing a great job in developing a solid foundation to growth with! This past weekend (June 4 & 5, 2022) California Elite Soccer Club had eight teams participate with the Rebels College Showcase in Oceanside, CA. With an overall performance of 15 wins, 7 losses, and 2 ties in bracket play, CESC enjoyed numerous highpoints and memorable experiences. e.g. 1) The 2004 girls team went undefeated in the top bracket of the Showcase. 2) The 2007 girls earned the second position of six teams in the top bracket of the Showcase. 3) The 2003 boys performed at a high level in the topflight of the Showcase (1-1-1). 4) The boys 2005 played up in the u19 bracket with a 3-0 record and moving to the championship. 5) The boys 2007 earning a birth to the championship game. 6) The girls 2008 team winning two games and a tie in bracket play. 7) The boys 2010 team winning big in their first match and performing at a high level in the semifinal game while playing short. 8) The boys and girls of our new 2014 team participating in their first ever tournament together and doing a great job! 9) The united support for each and every team. 10) The enjoyment of players, families, friends, and everyone involved! In light of the above achievements, we are overjoyed with the progress and development of our players and teams to this point in our offseason. Congratulations to our BU'03 and GU'07 teams for winning State Cup 2021-22! On April 3, 2022, both the boys 2003 and girls 2007 won CalSouth State Cup 2021-22. #Champioship
