Coach Javier has been very passionate about soccer from a very young age.  His family was very revolved around soccer as he grew up. He started playing on and off for many different competitive non-professional teams. In the early 2000s, he decided to step into more of a coaching role for his kids. Javier first started coaching recreational teams then decided to move to a more competitive environment. He decided to coach travel teams and then switched to club teams. Javier has now been with CESC for a year. He has taught many different ages which range from U6 all the way to U18. Some of the great strengths he has developed as a person throughout the years include reliability, a great competitive nature and patience. He has also become very knowledgeable about the game and is always willing to give great advice. One of his greatest attributes is that not only is he a great leader but he is also a great follower when he needs to be.
